Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of project completion. We will work with you to address any concerns and make necessary adjustments to meet your expectations.

Plant Health Guarantee

All plants installed by Sharvexxtyxexao are guaranteed to be healthy and disease-free at the time of installation. We offer the following guarantees:

• 30-day guarantee on annual plants when proper care instructions are followed
• 90-day guarantee on perennial plants and shrubs with documented care
• One-year guarantee on trees and large specimens with maintenance agreement

Conditions for Plant Replacement

Plant replacement under our guarantee requires:

• Notification within the guarantee period
• Evidence that care instructions were followed
• Photos of the affected plants
• No damage from extreme weather events or acts of nature
• Proper watering and maintenance as outlined in your care guide

Exclusions

Our guarantee does not cover:

• Plant failure due to neglect or improper care
• Damage from extreme weather conditions, including drought, flooding, or frost
• Pest or disease issues not present at installation
• Damage caused by third parties, animals, or vandalism
• Plants relocated after installation without our consultation
• Natural seasonal changes in plant appearance

Design Changes

If you wish to make changes to an approved design before installation begins, we will accommodate reasonable modifications. Changes requested after installation has started may incur additional fees for materials and labor.

Cancellation Policy

Project cancellations are subject to the following terms:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before scheduled installation: Full refund of deposit
• Cancellations made 3-7 days before installation: 50% refund of deposit
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before installation: No refund
• Cancellations after installation has begun: Payment for completed work and materials

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.

Maintenance Services

Maintenance service packages are non-refundable once services have begun. Unused portions of prepaid maintenance packages may be credited toward future services within the same calendar year.

Weather-Related Delays

Installation delays due to weather conditions do not qualify for refunds. We will reschedule your project at the earliest suitable date to ensure optimal planting conditions.

How to Request Service

To request service under this policy:

• Contact us by phone or email with your project details
• Provide photos if reporting plant health issues
• Include your original service agreement number
• Describe the specific concern or issue

Resolution Process

Upon receiving your request, we will:

• Acknowledge receipt within 24 hours
• Schedule a site visit if necessary within 3-5 business days
• Assess the situation and propose a solution
• Implement the agreed-upon resolution promptly
